On Saturday, April 26, 2014 from 9:00a.m. -4:00 p.m., Downtown Milford Inc. and the City of Milford Parks and Recreation Department invite you to join the fun at the 11th Annual Bug & Bud Festival along Walnut St., Front Streets and the Mispillion Riverwalk in historic downtown Milford, Delaware.

Expected to attract more than 9,000 visitors this year, the Bug & Bud Festival serves as a celebration of Arbor Day, the City of Milford's designation as a Tree City U.S.A. and Milford's role in the ladybug's designation as the State Bug of Delaware.
Festival highlights are the traditional Ladybug and Tree, costumed parade for both kids and pets, diverse local entertainment throughout the day, 100 plus arts & crafts vendors, a fabulous Kid's Korner, a children's art show and "green-themed" nature related hands-on activities including seedling tree giveaways, and flower plantings. Popular attractions include "ladybug decorated" paddle boat rides, multiple children's games, a Chalk Art contest and more.

RAIN or SHINE and FREE of charge, you won't want to miss this over-the-top outdoor festival! Come to hear some great music, eat great food, ride on the paddle boats, don your ladybug or tree costume, shop local and most important of all Think Bug and Bud.
