The Lewes Summer Craft Fair is Saturday, July 12, 2014, from 9:00am-4:00pm at The Lewes Historical Society Complex at 110 Shipcarpenter Street. Admission is $5.00 for all visitors; children under 12 free. The Lewes Historical Society hosts two Fairs every year and is pleased to announce its 26th year of successful shows.

July in Lewes means the Summer Craft Fair brought to you by The Lewes Historical Society. The Summer Craft Fair is on July 12, 2014, from 9:00am until 4:00pm at the Historical Complex at Second & Shipcarpenter Streets in downtown Lewes. Admission will be $5.00 per person, children under 12 are free. Proceeds from this event will benefit educational and preservation programs at The Lewes Historical Society.

With its wealth of historical sites, museums, unique shops, restaurants and pristine beaches, Lewes is an exciting destination for craft buyers and visitors alike. The Historic Complex consists of numerous historic buildings that are open to the public. These houses and museums, surrounded by shade trees and gardens, provide a beautiful backdrop for the Craft Fair.

The Lewes Summer Craft Fair is well known for the exceptional quality of the craftspeople and the attendance of visitors. This year, there will be over 70 talented artisans exhibiting a variety of media ranging from pottery to woodworking. Over 4,000 visitors are expected to attend. Ample parking is available for both visitors and exhibitors.

See the work of the fine artisans of Delaware and the Eastern Shore, listen to festive live music by Old & New Bluegrass, and enjoy a nice lunch by Casa Amici.
