| Description: | Location: Glade Club House TriCoach will be putting on a running clinic for all athletes that would like to improve their overall running ability. Open to novice and elite athletes. The clinic will show you how to incorporate proper running angle, foot placement (gatie), and correct muscle uses. All athletes will be recorded and have their running form analyses by an on-site TriCoach. | |||
