| I agree that the work I will show and sell at the Bethany Beach Boardwalk Arts Festival is my original work, created by me and not manufactured by others. I understand that Bethany Beach is a family-oriented beach and that I may be asked to remove work that is deemed offensive to the community. I understand that if the work presented at the show in not the same as the work represented on my slides that I may be asked to leave and barred from future participation. I agree to be present at the show with my work and not represented by other people. I understand the weather at the beach can be unpredictable, that the show will take place rain or shine, and that no refunds will be given for any reason. I understand that by applying to this show I agree to accept the final decision of the jury. I understand that upon acceptance my booth may not be given or sold toother artists. In the event of injury to myself ormy work, I agree to hold harmless the Bethany-Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce, Town of Bethany Beach, show chairperson, jury, staff, sponsors and volunteers. | ||
