Holistic Health Fair: Sat. March 15, 2008
The Delmarva Community Wellnet Foundation is pleased to invite you to participate in the 16th
Annual Holistic Health Fair. The Holistic health Fair is an event held to educate the public by
providing educational speakers and workshops for the community. There are also exhibits of natural
health products, services & alternative and integrative health practices on display. Visit
www.thewellnet.org to find updated info about the fair later this fall, to learn about our community
service pilot programs and to participate in opportunities to develop information resources.
The HH Fair will be held on Saturday, March 15th, 2008 from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm at Cape
Henlopen High School in Lewes, Delaware. Admission is free to the public.
The Holistic Health Fair is a valued event in our community, which continues to appeal to an ever
increasing number of health conscious community members who attend in order to learn more about natural health products and alternative healing practices. If you are a holistic health practitioner, natural products retailer, a grower or producer of natural/organic products, or offer other holistic services, this is certainly an event in which you will want to participate. This is an opportunity for you to participate in educating our community about what you do!
We will provide space for brief 30 minute Demos during the fair. There are a limited number of slots available, which are given on a first come, first serve basis. Please indicate on this registration form if you are interested.
You will be notified if you are given a slot, and the time
reserved for you will be noted on your confirmation letter. Our volunteers will set the demos/workshops, keynote and lectures schedule by Jan 1, 2008, so if you would like a time slot for demos and workshops, let us know ASAP.
Please check our website (www.thewellnet.org) for this
year’s table layout. A program booklet will be compiled with a simple listing of each participating business. The description we print will be taken directly from the information you provide on your registration form. The program booklet is given out for free on the day of the fair.
We hope that you will be able to join us this year for this very important event. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Tom McGlone: HHF@mchsi.com or 302-644-4431
We look forward to your participation in the 16th Annual Holistic Health Fair!
Sincerely, The Delmarva Community Wellnet Foundation and the 2008 Fair Production Committee
